The stability and spirit of any rural town depends on its ability to attract and retain people. In a time when many worry about Modoc’s resiliency, how we involve our young people illustrates our sense of commitment to them and to the future of our county. Youth-led initiatives engage young people and empowers them to take action and get involved. Belonging is crucial to retention. We Are ALL Advancing Modoc!
